What feeds your soul

Yoga literally means union or to “tie the strands of the mind together”. Often this union is specifically described as the coming together of the body, mind and spirit. Yoga is “to attain what was previously unattainable”.

A good sweat everyday helps to release your body’s natural endorphins.  This in turn allows you to have improved mental focus, rids your body of unwanted toxins, reduces stress levels, and just all around feels good.  This is what wellness is all about.  However you choose to get your sweat on will ultimately feed your body, mind, and spirit.
